1) Spouses, fiancee's, live-in partners, names on the deed or anyone who makes financial decisions with
the client MUST tour with the client. Only one promotion gift will be given per group.
2) The client's household income must be greater than $70,000 combined with spouse/partner, or as a
single, and be a homeowner
3) Any promotion offer is not eligible to cleints that have either toured or upgraded in the last 6 months.
4) All individuals accepting this promotional gift agree to attend a 90-minutes sales presentation.
