Trip insurance is available through TravelGuard at just 7% of the amount you would like to cover. We
strongly recommend travel insurance in the winter, especially around the holidays.

Minimum night stay requirements do apply. * Holidays inside these time periods may be charged at a
higher rate. When minimum nights are met, mid week stays or stays starting/ending on Friday Saturday or
Sunday may be permissible.
Check in is after 4:00p.m. on the day of your reservation. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. the day of your
departure.
Events exceeding the capacity of this home must be disclosed before the final quote is guaranteed. If
you are planning any type of event, you are required to discuss the nature of the event with us before your
reservation. You will be required to agree to the individual home rules.

Nightly rates may vary depending on the time of year and the length of your stay. Please Contact Us by

Our standard policy requires a non-refundable down payment of $1000 ($2000 for Christmas holiday
stays or visits valued over $10,000) at the time your reservation is made. The balance of your visit is
due 90 days prior to your arrival. Please contact us as your travel plans solidify so that we may alert you
regarding other travelers considering the same dates.
Security Deposit - In place of holding your money, Season's Dreams now offers an insured Security
Deposit Waiver. We quote a security deposit waiver with all reservations. A small non-refundable fee is
added to your reservation, and we'll cover broken lamps, windows and glass; damaged doors, walls and
furniture; stained bedding or linens and more up to $500. When making your reservation, please ask for
details. We do require that you sign an agreement regarding your Vacation Home Rental, and return that to
us prior to your stay.
